The beef and pork we start with are the reasons our products taste so good. We are located in the middle of the Corn Belt, and the stockmen in this area aren’t afraid to pack plenty of good yellow corn in the animal rations. Corn imparts a flavor all its own to the meat – good, trim, and tasty.

We pay a premium to get the best for you with high lean-to-fat ratios. For this reason, we insist that our country-cured products and other products be great eating and good value.

Dear Mr. Sloan,

We returned from the Hermann Wurst Festival today with a package of your Apple Wurst. We baked it for dinner. It was the best sausage meat my husband and I ever ate. The sausage was so fine and tasty.

We hope to visit you in Swiss before we return to Massachusetts. I am a German professor and my husband is a retired German professor born in Germany.

Dear Swiss Meats, Dog Chews

I thought you might like to see a picture of our dog with the “smallest” bone you had. She couldn’t lift it and had to chomp on it while the bone laid on the floor! (Okay, she’s 7” tall so maybe it wasn’t fair of us to do that.)

As usual, everything we brought home has been delicious. That braunsweiger is wonderful. No wonder it won awards. We purchased your special bacon for some friends and they all loved it. Hope all is well with you!
