When most people think of bratwurst, they think of pork. With this bratwurst, we’re talking buffalo, lean, flavorful, and unique. Each bratwurst or sausage link is 4 oz. of rich flavor. We offer two varieties, the Buffalo Italian Sausage with spices, fennel and anise, or the original Buffalo Bratwurst.
