Brats and Bows

1 lb. Swiss Meats Garlic Butter Bratwurst
1 16 oz. bow tie asta
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
15 whole cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt & pepper to taste

In a large skillet, cook sausage on low to medium heat until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, cook pasta ac-cording to package directions. Remove sausage from the skillet, cool slightly. Cut into 1/2 inch slices, set aside. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Sauté for 2 -3 minutes or until tender. Add the sausage and heat throughly. Drain pasta and add to the sausage mixture. Toss to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Serve immediately.
