Mexican Chorizzo Cheese Dip

1 lb Swiss Meats Mexican Chorizzo Sausage
1 32 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 16 oz. thick and chunky salsa
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin, ground

Remove sausage from casing, crumble in a skillet and brown. Place on paper towel to drain. Place cubed Vel-veeta Cheese in a bowl and microwave on high, stirring every two minutes until melted. Stir in salsa, spices and cooked sausage. Return to microwave and reheat until everything is thoroughly heated.

Serve with your favorite corn or tortilla chips. A large bread bowl may also be used for serving. Hollow out the center of the round bread and use the remaining pieces for dipping, or use your favorite corn or tortilla chips.
