OK, I'm hooked. I just placed my second order for a "6-pack" of these wonderful sausages. The only problem I have is deciding which varieties to choose! These are absolutely the finest sausages I've ever tasted, anywhere. They're extremely lean, but not at the expense of flavor. I don't know how they do it, but they've managed to keep the fat content low and still get tons of flavor in these. They cook up just great on the stove, in the countertop contact grill, on the outdoor gas grill, and over charcoal. Even with the shipping costs, they're worth every penny. HIGHLY recommended!!
