**We use the slow, time honored process to get the true flavor of our Naturally Aged summer sausage.

We welcome clean, boneless trim for processing into any of our regular venison products @ 10 cents per pound extra to allow for handling and weigh-in. TRIM MUST BE BAGGED! USE FOOD GRADE ZIP-LOC STYLE BAGS ONLY. DO NOT PUT INTO TRASH BAGS. We accept frozen trim for Naturally Aged Summer Sausage only until March 31st for all our regular venison products.

Storage fees will be added 30 days after notification that your products are ready for pickup.
ANY PRODUCT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION WILL BE REPORTED TO MISSOURI CONSERVATION DEPT. WHICH MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR FUTURE HUNTING PRIVILEGES.
