Many farmers and ranchers producce a select breed or type of animal and wish to market their animals directly to the consumers. Private Labeling is a Swiss specialty! We take is their live animals (beef, pork, bison, elk, lamb, goat) and process them into consumable cuts and products that can be marketed directly to grocers, restaurants, or farmers markets.

Our facility is inspected by both the USDA and MO Dept. of Agriculture, which enables us to produce a wide range of value added products from fresh sausage to "Heat & Eat" smoked brisket or prepared seasonal stews. Snack Stix are also one of our many specialities.
