To Store: Refrigerate immediately. Unopened package will keep for 4 weeks in your refrigerator or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.
To Serve: Blood Sausage is fully cooked, ready to warm and serve.
Skillet Cooked Blood Sausage: Melt 1 Tbsp. butter or oil in skillet. Warm over MEDIUM heat for approximately 2 minutes per side. Do not overheat.
To ensure that your perishable products are received in good condition, we ONLY SHIP PERISHABLE PRODUCTS ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS. Orders received after 11 AM CST on Wednesdays through Sunday will be held until the following Monday. This allows your package to arrive via UPS GROUND, UPS 3 DAY SELECT, or UPS 2nd Day AIR without undue delay. All perishable shipments (within the continental United States) will arrive at your home within 2 to 3 days of shipping.

- Small Cooler will hold - Over 10# to 17# of product
