We make ordering easy – online at, toll free at (800) 793-SWISS (7947), or at our retail store in Swiss, Missouri. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff is available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. (Central Time). For fastest service, please have your credit card handy.

Due to the heavy volumes of orders we process during the holiday season, please place your orders at least 4 full weeks prior to Christmas to assure that your package is received by Christmas. Last day for 2018 Christmas gifts sent via UPS 2nd Day Air will be December 17, 2018. Orders need to be placed by 8:00 a.m. CST. Product availability and inclement weather to the destination city may cause delay in shipping. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Swiss Meat & Sausage Co. Gift Cards. (Gift cards redeemable in-store or by telephone order only at this time), or PayPal (Online Only). Prices listed are subject to change.

To ensure that your gourmet products are received in good conditions, we only ship products on Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. CST on Wednesday through Sunday will be held until the following Monday. This allows your package to arrive at your address via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air without undue delay. All shipments (within the continental United States) will arrive at your home within 2-3 days of shipping.


All currently available products for shipping are contained on this website. Some products shown on this website may not be available year round.

All products are U.S.D.A. approved and contain only an absolute minimum of preservatives. Some products are MSG free.

Your orders are important to us. We will strive to fill them exactly as ordered. If we are unable to fulfill your order as specified, we reserve the right to substitute another item of equal or greater value.

As many of our products are perishable, all food sales are final. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. Any discrepancy with your order must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Swiss Meat and Sausage Company is not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to recieve the package, or for delays related to the weather or any other circumstances. If you would like to purchase in volume, please call us at (800) 793-SWISS (7947) to discuss special pricing. This includes corporate orders for gifts that can be shipped to a single address or picked up at our store. We specialize in customizing gift boxes for your employees or customers.

Special measures will be taken for you to receive your meat products in excellent condition. We do, however, lose control of the handling during shipment. If your cured or smoked products, such as Hams, Smoked Turkeys, Bacons or Smoked Sausages have lost their airtight seal upon arrival, please refrigerate and use within 4 to 5 days. Use well sealed packages within 10 to 14 days. If you do not plan to use your product in that time frame, please freeze. All fresh bratwurst & sausages must also be refrigerated and used within 2 to 3 days if they arrive with broken seals. Use well sealed packages within 5 days or freeze for later use. Swiss Meat and Sausage Company is not responsible or liable for perishable food shipments when the customer is not available to receive the package, or for delays related to the weather or any other circumstances.

How to heat your Hickory or Cherry Smoked Sugar Cured Ham (instructions for a whole ham), Pre-heat oven to 225°.  Remove ham from bag and place in a large pan with a lid. Add one half (1/2) inch of water to pan (can use apple juice). Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, Remove lid the last 30 minutes of cooking. Increase temp to 275°. Pour on a glaze if desired. See slicing instructions below to slice and serve.  Caution not to over warm ham, it is a fully cooked product upon arrival.

How to heat your Hickory Smoked Turkey, Preheat oven to 225°. Remove Turkey from bag, place in pan breast side up. Add one half (1/2) inch of water to pan. Cover and cook 1 and 1 1/2 hours. Turkey should reach an internal temperature of 165°. To slice your Smoked Turkey: 1. Remove both wings. 2. Remove drumsticks and cut off all meat. 3. Remove one breast at a time and slice. 4. Cut or pull off the rest of the meat from bones.

To grill Sausage or Bratwurst (we recommend this method)

1. Maintain frozen until ready to use, defrost under refrigeration.

2. Place on grill over low heat.

3. Turn frequently until it has a nice brown color and the internal temperature has reached 162°.

4. Keep the grill on low, if it is too hot the brats will split open and lose their flavor.

5. We highly recomment the use of a meat thermometer.

To Pan-Fry Sausage and Bratwurst

1. Place sausage in unheated skillet, add enough water to cover bottom of pan.

2. Simmer, turning sausage freguently until an internal temperature of sausage is 162°. 

3. You can brown the sausage in the skillet or under a broiler. Take care not to overcook.

4. We highly recommend the use of a meat thermometer. 

Return any unused Sausage to refrigerator. Best if not refrozen.
