Fully Cooked, Hickory Smoked Turkey (Whole)
"Missouri State Grand Champion" You won't know how good turkey can be until you've tasted one of ours that has been sugar cured and hickory smoked. They're plump, broad breasted, mouth watering and ready to slice and eat. Each turkey averages 12 lbs.
Smoked Turkey Cooking Tips & Carving Instructions
Preheat oven to 225*F.
Remove turkey from bag, place in pan breast side up.
Add ½ inch water to pan.
Cover & cook 1 to 1 ½ hours.
Turkey should reach an internal temperature of 140*F.
How to Slice your Smoked Turkey Remove both wings.
Remove drumsticks & cut off all meat.
Remove half of breast at a time & slice.
Cut or pull off the rest of the meat from the bones. (See Bill the Butcher’s diagram.)
