Hickory Smoked, Sugar Cured Ham

If you love a mild, moist ham with a sweet flavor and a delicious smoked accent, choose our cured ham. We select lean and tender hams to cure. We trim excess fat, moist cure with extra maple sugar added to neutralize the salt; then smoke them slowly over a burning hickory fire to a beautiful brown.
Available in Whole Ham (18-22 lbs.) or Half Ham (8-10 lbs.), with spiral slicing available for either size.
Ham Cooking Tips & Carving Instructions
(For a 16 to 18 lb Bone-In Ham)
Preheat oven to 225*F.
Remove ham from bag, place in pan fat side up.
Add ½ inch of water to pan.
Cover & cook 1 ½ to 2 hours.
During the last 30 minutes of cooking time, increase the temperature to 275*F and remove lid.
Pour on glaze if desired.
