Polish Style Sausage
Generally regarded as the king of sausage, Polish Sausage dates back to the Cold War era. Our recipe includes both beef and pork and is smoked slowly over a hickory fire in order to retain the full flavor and juiciness of the sausage. 4 links per 12 oz. Package.
Fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up:
Maintain under refrigeration until ready to use.
Place bratwurst in skillet, microwave safe bowl with a little water or place on a low heat grill.
Heat until internal temperature is 145*F.
We recommend the use of a meat thermometer.
