6 slices Honey Cured Bacon
½ cup Green Onion, chopped
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Water
4 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt
8 cups Leaf Lettuce, bite size pieces
6 small Radishes, sliced thin
1 large Egg, hard cooked and chopped
Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Reserve drippings and add onions cooking till tender. Add vinegar, water, sugar, salt and bacon. Cook and stir till boiling. Place lettuce in bowl. Pour hot dressing over lettuce and toss to coat. Garnich with radishes and eggs.
