Ingredients
- 1 pack refrigerated pizza dough (10 oz)
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb Swiss Meats Pepperoni Supreme Bratwurst, or
- 1 lb Swiss Meats Green Pepper & Onion Bratwurst
- 4 oz mushrooms or other toppings
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Method
- Place dough in greased 10” Round Baking Pan, securing dough to the top edges of the pan. Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork and bake @ 425 degrees for 8 -10 minutes.
- Remove the casings from the sausage and crumble and brown in a large skillet. Layer half of the pizza sauce, sausage, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers. Return to the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes and lightly browned.
