Broccoli and Bacon Salad

½ lb. Sugar Cured Hickory Bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 lbs. Broccoli Florets, cut up into bite size pieces

1/3 cup Raisins

2 tbsp. Red Onion, finely chopped

¾ cup Mayonnaise

3 tbsp. Sugar

2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

Fry bacon and crumble. Chop the broccoli into bite sized pieces. Finely chop the onion. Combine the bacon, broccoli, rasins and onions in a bowl. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad and toss well.
