Creole Style Green Beans

6 slices Sugar Cured Hickory Bacon, cooked and diced

½ cup Chopped Green Pepper

1 tbsp. Honey

½ tsp. Salt

1 (1-lb.) can Peeled Tomatoes

¾ cup Chopped Onion

2 tbsp. Whole-Wheat Flour

1 tbsp. Tamari Soy Sauce

¼ tsp. Pepper

2 (9 oz.) pkgs. Cut Green Beans

Add onion and green pepper to bacon drippings and fry until tender. BLend in flour, honey, seasonings and tomatoes. Cook until thickened. Add green beans and heat. Garnish with bacon.
