Macaroni and Cheese Salad

1 cup Elbow Macaroni, cooked, drained, and cooled

1 cup cubed Ham

1 cup Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese

½ cup bias-cut Celery slices

1/3 cup chopped Sweet Peppers

¼ cup sliced Green Onion

2 tbsp. chopped canned Pimento

¼ cup drained Pickle Relish

½ cup Frozen Peas (optional)

1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing

1 tbsp. Prepared Mustard

In a large bowl, combine elbow macaroni, ham, cheese, celery, sweet pepper, green onion, and peas. Set aside. In a medium bowl combine the dressing, pimento, pickle relish, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix until combined then pour over macaroni and stir unti lthroughly mixed and covered. Refrigerate until serving.
