Scalloped Tomatoes, Okra, and Celery

2 1/2 cups Tomatoes, canned or fresh stewed

1/4 cup Celery, diced

1/2 cup Okra, sliced and cooked

Salt 

Pepper

Butter

Crushed Crackers

Onion, chopped and sauteed (optional)

Peppers, chopped and sauteed (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine tomatoes, celery, and okra. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, and dot with butter. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes.
