Brats and Bows
1 lb. Swiss Meats Garlic Butter Bratwurst
1 16 oz. Bow Tie Pasta
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Zucchini, thinly sliced
15 whole Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 medium onion, sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large skillet, cook sausage on low to medium heat until browned on all sides. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Remove sausage from the skillet, cool slightly. Cut into 1/2 inch slices, set aside. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Add the sausage and heat thoroughly. Drain pasta and add to the sausage mixture. Toss to combine. Season with salt & pepper. Serve immediately.
