Caramelized Bacon
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
½ cup chopped Pecans
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1/8 tsp. ground Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
½ lb Swiss Meats Apple Wood Smoked Cinnamon Bacon
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line sheet pan with foil. Combine brown sugar and pecans in food processor and pulse until the pecans are chopped fine. Add all other ingredients (except bacon) and pulse. Cut bacon in 3" strips, put on baking sheet and spoon on the mixed ingredients. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the topping is very brown but not burnt. As it cools the bacon will crisp or carmalize.
