Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
1 10oz. refrigerated pizza dough
3/4 cup pizza sauce
16 oz. Swiss Meats Pepperoni Supreme Bratwurst or Swiss Meats Green Pepper & Onion Bratwurst
1 4 oz. mushrooms or any of your favorite toppings, optional
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
6 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
Place dough in greased 10” Round Baking Pan, securing dough to the top edges of the pan. Pierce the bottom of the dough with a fork and bake @ 425 degrees for 8 -10 minutes.
Remove the casings from the sausage and crumble and brown in a large skillet. Layer half of the pizza sauce, sausage, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat these layers. Return to the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes and lightly browned.
