Corn Dog Bites

2 Swiss Meat Old Fashioned Franks

1 Red Pepper, diced

½ cup Cream Cheese

1/3 cup Milk

1 Egg

1 pkg. Muffin Mix

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix together milk, egg, and miffin mix. Dice franks up and add into muffin mix. Add peppers. Spoon into greased mini muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
