German Potato Soup

3 large potatoes-diced
3 large stems of Celery
3/4 lb. Swiss Meat Pork Sausage (Can be bulk or links)
1 large Onion
3 cups Milk
1/8 tsp. Allspice
Dash Pepper
Salt to Taste
Cornstarch to thicken
Add American Cheese if you like
Fry sausage, add celery and onions. Fry till transparent. Add rest of ingriedients to blend flavors. Add cheese and then potatoes. Cook until tender. Thicken with corn starch.
