Swiss Meat Antipasti
2 - 8 oz. Swiss Meats Italian Salami, cubed
6 oz. black olives, sliced
½ cup red onion, diced
4 cups broccoli florets, cut in bite size pieces
4 cups cauliflower florets, cut into bite size pieces
1 cup red or yellow pepper
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
24 oz. Italian dressing or creamy Italian dressing
Place all of the above ingredients into a large bowl and blend together with about half of the Italian Dressing. Add more dressing as you see fit.
TIP: Do not put cheese or creamy italian dressing in with the salad until serving.
