Bourbon Brat Skewers

½ cup Recuded Sodium Soy Sauce

½ cup Bourbon

3 tbsp. Brown Sugar

1 tsp. Seasoned Salt

¼ Cayenne Pepper

2 cups Whole Mushrooms

2 medium Sweet Red Peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 medium Green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces

1 medium Onion, cut into wedges

1 pkg. Swiss Meat Sundried Tomato Bratwurst, uncooked

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag. Add the vegetables; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Drain and reserve marinage. On six metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternatley thread the vegetables and sundried tomato bratwurst. Brush with reserved marina. Grill, covered, over meadium heat for 15-20 minutes or until bratwurst is cooked and vegetables are tender. Turning and baste frequently with reserved marinade. Serves 6.
