Cauliflower and Chicken Salad

½ lb. Swiss Meats Honey Bacon, fry crisp and crumble

2 cups Cauliflower, rinsed and cut into bite size pieces

4 cups Iceberg Lettuce, chopped

1/3 cup Red Onion, finely chopped

2 cups Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced

1 cup Mayonnaise

¼ cup Sugar

½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded (not grated)

In a large bowl, mix together cauliflower, lettuce, bacon, onion, and chicken. Cover and refrigerate. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate. Immediately before serving, mis together with dressing. Makes four servings.
