Cornbread Wrapped Cheese Bratwurst

1 lb. Swiss Meats Hickory Smoked Cheese Bratwurst
1 pkg. Cornbread Twists Breadsticks
1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Blend together corn meal, crushed red peppers, garlic, onion, and parsley flakes. Place two cornbread twists breadsticks end to end. Pinch together to form one long strip. Place one Cheese Bratwurst on top of dough and roll, over lapping slightly to incase the sausage. Place into cornmeal mixture and press lightly to adhere mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Goes well with a side of soup for a light lunch.
