Cowboy Stew

1/2 lb. Swiss Meats Hickory Bacon, diced

1 large Onion, chopped

1  15 oz. Pork-N-Beans

1  15 oz. Chili Beans

1   15 oz. Dark Red Kidney Beans

2 lbs. Ground Beef

Garlic Pepper to taste

1  45 oz. KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce

12 oz. Swiss Meat Ol Fashioned Franks, Sliced

Open the beans and put in a large crockpot. In a large skillet cook the bacon until crisp and add to the beans. Saute the chopped onions in the bacon drippings and add to the beans. Brown the ground beef in the skillet and season with the garlic pepper and add to the beans. Stir in the BBQ sauce and simmer in the crockpot on low for 3-4 hours. Add the sliced franks for the last 15 minutes before serving. Serves 10.
