Dr. Pepper Chili

2 lbs. Ground Venison or Lean Beef

1 large, Onion, chopped

2 stalks Celery, chopped

Salt and Pepper

1 -28 oz. can Diced Tomatoes

1 -28 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes

1 -10 oz. can Tomato Soup

1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans

1 can Black Beans

1 cup Frozen Corn

1 -12 oz. can Dr. Pepper

2 tsp. Chili Powder

Brown ground venison or beef with onions and celery. Drain fat, if any. Stir in chili powder. Add rest of ingredients, simmer 20 minutes or more to blend flavors. A great sweet-hot flavor profile.
