Ham and Swiss Wraps

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp celery seed (optional)
1 dash salt
2 10 inch flour tortillas, warmed
1/4 lb. Swiss Meats Hickory Smoked Ham, thin deli sliced
1/3 cup swiss cheese, shredded
2/3 cup lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1 green onion, chopped (optional)

In a small bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients; spread evenly over the tortillas. Layer with ham and cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion. Roll up tightly; secure with toothpicks if desired.

Yield: 2 servings.
