Mexican Chorizzo Tacos

1 lb. Swiss Meats Chorizo
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bottle taco sauce
1 pkg. taco shells or flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
sour cream
diced tomatoes (optional)

Remove sausage from casing, crumble and fry in skillet. Drain. Add a small amount of taco sauce to mixture to moisten. Fill shell or tortilla with a small amount of Chorizzo, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce.
