Oven Barbecued Brisket

8 lbs. Boneless Beef Brisket

Onion Salt

Garlic Salt

Celery Salt

2 tsp. Sugar

Worcestershire Sauce

Cover both sides of meat with seasoning. Gently massage in. Refrigerate overnight in foil lined pan. Cover with foil. Before baking, repeat above process. Wrap in foil, sealing well. Bake for 8 hours (1 hour per lb of meat), at 250°. Remove from oven-drain off fat. Optional- spread your favorite BBQ sauce on top, bake 30 minutes longer, uncovered, at 325°. Slice thinly across the grain.
