Sausage Stew

1 lb. Swiss Meats Missouri Smoked Pork Sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
6 whole carrots, peeled and sliced
5 whole potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 head cabbage, cut into 1 inch wedges
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 can beef consume
1 can water

Place everything into a crock-pot in the order listed. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 5-6 hours.

Serves 6.
