Smoky Bacon Ranch Dip

16 oz. Sour Cream

1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Seasoning Mix

2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce

5 slices Swiss Meats Hickory Bacon, cooked and chopped

Chives, for garnish

Remove 2 chipotle peppers from the can and dice into ¼" pieces. In a mixing bowl blend the sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and peppers together. Cook the bacon until crispy, drain on paper towel. Chop the bacon into small pieces and reserve small amount for garnish. Mix the chopped bacon into the sour cream mixture. Eat immediately or place in fridge for a couple hours to allow flavors to meld together. Makes 2 cups.
