Italian Sausage Soup

1 lb. Swiss Meats Italian Sausage, sliced
1 med. onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 16 oz. chicken broth
1 16 oz. water
2 large zucchini, sliced
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
1 14.5 oz. whole tomatoes, undrained
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. Italian seasonings, or your preference

Brown the sliced Hot Italian Sausage in a large pot, add a small amount of oil if needed. Add the diced onion and celery and saute till done. Add the broth, water, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings. Bring to a boil on high heat, then turn down to low-medium heat and simmer until vegetables are done, about 30 to 45 minutes.
