Summer Sausage and Pasta Salad

16 oz. penne pasta
12 oz. Swiss Meats Swiss Brand Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, diced
1 large red pepper, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 bunch green onion, sliced
6 oz. pepper jack cheese, cubed
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
24 oz. Italian dressing or Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Cook pasta according to directions. Place into a large bowl with rest of the ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately or chilled.
