Deer Processing

We at Swiss Meat, would like to extend a gracious "Thank You" to all those who took advantage of our deer processing services over the last 49 years! It is with a heavy heart that we have made the difficult dicision to cease processing whole deer carcasses. We will, however, continue to use our award winning recipes to process your clean boneless deer trim into sausage, snack stix, jerky or brats. Please pass this information to your family and friends. We will be accepting boneless deer trim starting September 15, 2018 until February 28, 2019.

Price includes all processing, seasonings, smoking, vacuum packaging and cost of added pork.

**We use the slow, time honored process to get the true flavor of our Naturally Aged summer sausage.

We welcome clean, boneless trim for processing into any of our regular venison products @ 10 cents per pound extra to allow for handling and weigh-in. TRIM MUST BE BAGGED! USE FOOD GRADE ZIP-LOC STYLE BAGS ONLY. DO NOT PUT INTO TRASH BAGS. We accept frozen trim for our sausages until March 31st.

Storage fees will be added 30 days after notification that your products are ready for pickup.
ANY PRODUCT NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER NOTIFICATION WILL BE REPORTED TO MISSOURI CONSERVATION DEPT. WHICH MAY JEOPARDIZE YOUR FUTURE HUNTING PRIVILEGES.
