A great combination of sweet and hot for those who just love our sugar cured bacon, but have the desire for a vivacious flavored bacon for that special "BLT" or bacon wrapped meatloaf, wieners or filets! But be careful this one packs some heat! 16 oz. Package

How to Store Bacon:

Refrigerate immediately. Vacuum-packaged bacon will keep for 12 weeks in refrigerator, or up to 1 year in freezer. Once opened, use within 1 week.


How to Fry Bacon:

For best results, place bacon in unheated skillet. Cook over medium low heat. Turn frequently until desired crispness is attained (you'll notice less shrinkage with our bacon compared to other brands).


How to Prepare Bacon in the Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place slices close together on rimmed baking sheet (rim prevents grease from dripping on oven's heating elements). For easiest cleanup, place parchment paper on sheet prior to placing bacon (make sure paper doesn't hang over edges of baking sheet). Bake 20 minutes or until desired doneness; no need to turn bacon during cooking. Place bacon on paper towels to drain.


How Long to Cook Bacon in an Air Fryer:

Bacon tastes amazing and it's so easy to get it perfect in an air fryer. It comes out evenly cooked, tender or crisp. You can control how done the bacon gets. Whether you like it a bit on the tender side or on the crispy side, it's going to be delicious!

  • Thin sliced bacon: for softer bacon, air fry at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. For crispy bacon, cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Regular sliced bacon: for softer bacon, air fry to 350 degrees for 7 minutes. For crispy bacon, cook for 8 to 9 minutes.
  • Thick sliced bacon: for softer bacon, air fry to 350 degrees for 9 minutes. For crispy bacon, cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

***Cook time may need to be adjusted up or down depending on your brand, wattage and power of the air fryer.***


How to Prepare Bacon in the Microwave:

On a microwave-safe plate, place bacon slices side by side between layers of paper towels. Cook on high for the following approximate times:

Thin sliced bacon:

2 slices: 1 minute

4 slices: 2 minutes

6 slices: 3 minutes

Thick sliced: bacon

2 slices: 2 minutes

4 slices: 3 minutes

6 slices: 4 minutes

  • Extra Small Cooler will hold - Up to 10# of product
  • Small Cooler will hold - Over 10# to 17# of product
  • Medium Cooler will hold- Over 17# to 30# of product
  • Large Cooler will hold - Over 30# to 60# of product
