Many consumers today are intent on knowing where their food comes from, how it was grown or raised,  and was it processed with all natural ingredients. With this growing trend of consumer awareness, came farmers and ranchers that began producing select breeds or animals raised in their natural environments, fed natural or non-gmo feeds, and in general, raised with high animal welfare standards.

Farmers began seeking processors that were USDA inspected, had strict quality control programs, were HAACP certified, Animal Welfare Approved, and, most important, had an excellent record of producing quality, value added products that they would put THEIR name on!
