Important Information for Farmers and Ranchers:
All animals must be pre booked by calling (573) 486-2086. Depending on the season we are booked 2-6 weeks in advance. Please plan accordingly.
To ensure that your customer is receiving the correct animal, we will need the names and telephone numbers of the individuals receiving your livestock at the time you drop it off. Please fill out a Beef ID Form or Hog ID Form and bring it with you when you drop off your livestock.
You are responsible for having your customers call us with cutting instructions or filling out the online form.
Beef instructions need to be called in within 4 days from the slaughter date.
Pork instructions need to be called in on the day of slaughter or before.
